We invite you to write to us directly via the address info@bewatch.com mentioning:

  • Full contact details of the customer (surname, first name, postal address, telephone number).
  • A stamped proof of purchase or warranty or an order number (if purchased from our online webshop).
  • Photos and/or videos of the problem encountered, as well as a brief explanation of the problem.

For any repairs, please complete the request form on our partner's website https://agh-atelier-horloger.com or send an email to sav@agh-atelier-horloger.com. Our partner will take care of the shipping (FR/BE/LU) of your watch when the intervention is carried out under warranty conditions.


We would like to remind you that our watches are covered by a two-year local warranty from the date of purchase (subject to presentation of a valid proof of purchase). This warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects related to the product. It does not cover the strap, glass, or battery.
