How can I modify my order ?

Will I receive an invoice ?

You will automatically receive an electronic invoice sent to the email address provided during your order. This invoice is sent once the package has been entrusted to our carrier. In case you have not received your invoice, please contact our teams via the contact form.

It couldn't be easier! Simply order a watch and enter your promotional code during the order process.

How can I send a watch as a gift ?

A gift of an Ice-Watch timepiece is a very good idea! We advise you to purchase the watch from a store or on this website and then deliver it to the lucky recipient in person, as this service is not yet available on the website. The surprise will be even greater.

How can I check the status of my order ?
