How can I modify my order ?

Each purchase generates an invoice. During the purchase process, you will be prompted to enter your billing information.

How can I redeem my promo code ?

It couldn't be easier! Simply order a watch and enter your promotional code from during the order process.

How can I send a watch as a gift ?

A gift of an Ice-Watch timepiece is a very good idea! We advise you to purchase the watch from a store or on this website and then deliver it to the lucky recipient in person, as this service is not yet available on the website. The surprise will be all the better.

How can I check the status of my order ?

You can check the status of your order at any time into your account.

How can I cancel my order ?
