Where do I need to send my watch for a repair ?

You must go to an Ice-Watch dealer to have your watch shipped to our repair center. You can locate a retailer through the store location page. Once your watch is deposited, you will be able to follow the repair via the information which will be communicated to you by the retailer. If you can not find a retailer near you, please contact our teams via the contact form.

What does the warranty for my watch cover ?

The warranty covers all parts, except the battery, the glass and band. If the watch fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, please visit an Ice-Watch retailer to have your watch delivered to our repair center. You can locate a reseller through the store location page. Once your watch is dispatched, you will be able to follow the repair via the information communicated to you by the retailer. If you can not find a reseller near you, please contact our teams via the online contact form. Please attach your purchasing ticket and clearly explain the nature of the defect. Under no circumstances will we be responsible of damages caused by the possession or use of the watch and the limited warranty is void if the defect is due to misuse or improper use of the watch.

How long is the warranty period ?

Each watch is covered by a 2-YEAR LOCAL WARRANTY against any defects in materials or manufacturing.

Is my watch still covered by the warranty if it has already been repaired ?

The repaired or replaced watch  under warranty will benefit of the remainder warranty period calculated from the original date of purchasing. The warranty period can not be extended, whether your watch is already repaired or replaced.
